Just got back from AK and rode EE 3x.
Here's a few hints and tips:
Take the back entrance from Dinoland, follow the path from the old Tarzan Rocks.
Have your AP's or DVC MEMBERSHIP Card as well as photo ID's ready. They are checking prior to even letting you through to the EE area. I saw at least 2 large groups of people trying to use either resort cards (for DVC resorts) but they wouldn't let them through without a MEMBERSHIP card. They also checked to see if last names matched the card.
When you get to the area get into line for a FP and then get into standby line if you want to ride it again.
There is a seperate line for the free gift (lanyard and pin) where you get a ticket to get the gift. CM's were holding up signs for which line was which. It was confusing.
Although the wait time said 30 min we were able to do EE twice within 40 minutes and that was with stopping to take in all the sights in line.
It was a great ride and we really enjoyed it.
