AP? and DDE?

I am not going to Disney until Dec. Can I purchase the AP now before the price increase but not have it activated until we actually get it in December?

I know the DDE now includes an 18% gratuity. That's not included for CS meals, is it?

Yes, you can. They will mail you a voucher that you exchange at any Guest Services at the theme parks or DTD. We did that exact thing maybe two years ago.

Gratuity is not included on CS meals. Only TS meals.
