AP and checking in

I am not sure if I need another forum for this, but I am a new AP holder.

Do I need an activated AP or will the voucher work for checking in? Just don't want to waste time going back and forth.

You are supposed to have an active AP upon check in. Sometimes they ask sometimes they don't. It would easier to have it already active so checking will go a lot smoother.

Hi!

I too am a new Premium Annual Pass holder. When I spoke to my CM last week he mentioned that I would need to go to the park and get the voucher activated then check in at the resort.....

Can we activate the AP voucher at Downtown Disney or the airport before we get to DW or is it only at the parks.

You can get it done at Downtown Disney, the office is by Once Upon a Toy on the parking lot side. The airport only sells activated passes, you can not redeem a voucher there.

If you're staying at one of the Boardwalk resorts you can wlk to the rear EPCOT entrance at the International Gateway and activate there.
