AoA or ASMovies for best pics?

I see that both resorts have lots of fun supersized props. Which resort do you think has better opportunities for pictures with the fun stuff, AoA or ASMovies?

I'd spend my time at Art of Animation for pics. Its a newer resort with lots of vibrant sculptures, even the lobby is super photogenic. I was really happy with the photos I got out of it when I visited in 2016.

AoA definitely.

Cars at night especially.

And of course you can stay at one and visit the other, so you have pics from both!

Interesting question! I'd give the edge to AoA. A beautifully themed resort. As others noted, there's no reason you couldn't also visit ASM to take pictures.

The thing I like about AoA is that the props are arranged so it's like being 'in' the movie itself. Lots of cool places to take photos. At the All Star there are lots of cool giant iconic figures but it's not as easy to immerse yourself.

Not just the icons but even the landscaping is creative, like by Nemo the plants look like underwater. By cars the walkways are roads you feel like you are in the movie. Props large and small give so many options.
