Another not strictly Disney question, while we all know how convenient the ANZ travel card is, has anyone had the misfortune to have to dispute a charge?
Please tell of your experience.
I am wanting to book a private tour in NYC and the company wants payment upfront to secure the reservation.
I understand this is to protect them from no-shows and cancellations, but what protection do we have? I understand there is a timeframe to dispute charges but what if the card is charged now and the dispute doesnt happen until October?
