Anywhere to write in about exceptional waiter?

We had dinner at CRT tonight and our waiter was above and beyond the best we've ever had. He was so upbeat, kept drinks coming at a perfect pace, was extremely helpful with food choices and made sure my horribly picky 16 month old had something he would eat. Is there somewhere that I can tell someone about this? I want to make sure he gets some sort of recognition for his exceptional service. Thanks!
