Anywhere to get scones?

Weird question but I literally just had a scone for the first time and it was LOVE. Now with our WDW trip coming up in a few weeks I'm wondering if there's anywhere on property you can find good scones. I read they used to be offered at the afternoon tea at the Grand Floridian but they aren't running that right now. Anywhere else I should check out in a search for scones?

if you go to Epcot, they have scones at one of the food stands for Flower and Garden. I think in England

Main Street Bakery has a Mickey scone with chocolate in it. Zuri’s sweet shop at AK has a lemon blueberry scone. The hotels QS could have scones in their grab and go bakery area.

I have yet to have a good scone in the US. I make them myself. Why does everyone make them dry and hard?
