Anywhere to buy cupcakes near Hojo?

My friend is visiting DL on her daughter's birthday and wants to buy some cupcakes near the Hojo, like a grocery store pack of 6 or so. Is there anywhere walkable?

There is a cupcake stand in DTD but no real grocery stores walkable from HoJo.

I would guess if you walk 15 minutes to Harbor and Katella, the 7eleven may have an option. Hostess cupcakes or something like that.

The Cold Stone Creamery at Park Vue Inn (a short walk down Harbor) has ice cream cupcakes.

I've been wanting to try the cupcake stand in DtD. There are also cupcakes sold in the Disney candy stores including Marceline's in DtD and the candy shops in the parks. Jolly Holiday Bakery in Disneyland has some new cupcake choices as well. I recognize that these may be more expensive options than your friend wants in which case you're back to the convenience store options. If your friend just wants hostess or something basic like that, the Hojo gift shop/store may even have those; they are very well stocked with quite the variety of things.

I'd check Mimi's or Millies websites and see if they offer cupcakes. I know personally that Mimi's muffins are heavenly. The 7-11 on the corner of Katella and S. Harbor Blvd would have something along the lines of what you are looking for, but it's an additional 10 mins walk from DL to it, so I'm not sure that it's worth it. I'd also check the other hotels gift stores to see if they've got anything.
