Just wondering if there was anyway to bypass parking fees at Disneyland? Like for example parking at the Disneyland Hotel then taking the monorail over. Thanks for the help.

You would have to pay to park at the hotel. If you are staying at the hotel your parking is covered by the "resort fee". The only way around I know of, would be to park in the down town disney lot for 3 hours at a time. But, I dont think it would be worth it to run to the parking lot every 3 hours, leave, and repark. You would have to actually drive out of the lot and back in. I would just pay the $12 and be done with it.

If you buy your parkhoppers through AAA, free parking is included. We bought our kids' parkhoppers for our trip in Feb and got free parking at Mickey & friends lot by showing their parkhoppers to the lot attendant.

If you chose to park at the DLH lot and are not staying at the hotel, you would have to pay their parking rate.

Thanks everyone, guess there is no way around it. I'm getting the So Cal Pass so not buying through AAA and not staying at the resort hotels. Guess I'm outta luck.

Last year there was a CM named Dale who comped my parking for four days! He was great! All we did was call him by name and asked how his day was. Just be nice, it helps at DL.
