Anything special for a Birthday?

Hi all still 5 months till we go but i am so excited i just cant help myself!!!

It will be my Birthday while we are there staying at DLHni have booked BBWWS for that night for the first sitting, Is there anything in the hotel/parks i can arrange do special for my birthday?

Seems strange trying to organise my own birthday but who else will and it is a special one after all!!!

Goh it depends in which hotel you're staying. At the Disneyland Hotel or Hotel New York, you can asked for a birthday treat in your room (about 50 euro) and then the room will be decorated with ballons, enz.
You also can orde a birthday cake in your room, which costs around 25 euro.

If you go to City Hall in the Disneyland Park, they can give you a button where they write Happy Birthday on. Most Cast Members in the park will wish you a happy birthday.

What I prefer is to have diner in Inventions (Disneyland Hotel). You get an amazing buffet with characters. After you eating you can order a birthday cake (has to be ordered with your reservation). A Cast Member will bring that birthday cake together with the characters in the restaurant.
Birthday cake here costs 25 euro, but you can take the rest of the cake

Or you can have lunch or diner at Café Mickey. It's also with characters and you can also order a birthday cake here. The price is the same.
It so amazing that everybody is singing and that the characters have so much fun !

In January I celebrated my birthday in Inventions (evening before my birthday) and had my birthday lunch in Café Mickey with Birthday cake (which we took home) It was so amazing that I'm planning another trip in January to celebrate my birthday again

Thanks for reply, its the disneyland hotel we are staying at, so you can order a cake for room aswell? how do you go about arranging things for the room?

There was a post with a link to a catalogue but I can't find it by search and it's probably out of date by now anyway. If you email DLP at dlp.guest.communication@disney.com they should be able to let you know what they offer and the costs.

Hope you'll have a lovely birthday. I celebrated my 50th at DLP last year. We had dinner in Inventions and although I didn't have a cake as I can't eat a lot of chocolate (migraines) it was wonderful. It's going to be very hard to beat that birthday.

Could you let me know if you hear back please??? As it is my wedding anniversary whilst we are at DLP; and would love to put something in the room for DH; as we spent our honeymoon at DLP 2 years' ago! Thanks
