I am taking 20 of my closest friends to dinner in Disney next May in celebration of several occasions. I was originally thinking the CG, but now I am more inclined to go with Chef Mickey's. We are staying at the WL, and our friends are local in Orlando. We thought the Contemporay would be convenient and that we could congregate at the our hotel, and then boat over. I love the food at the CG, but I think CM's would be more fun. Not to mention quite a bit less expensive. And, since I am picking up the tab for all of us, it is certainly something I want to think about.
Does anyone know if I need to make any special arrangements, besides the PS, for a party that large? I have already talked to the CG and I know that to accomadate us we would have to have a PS for between 5:30 and 6:00, which works our fine since our friends will need to work the next day. I also know that they will automatically add the gratuity, and that is fine by me.
Any information about big groups would certainly help in my planning.
