Anything new to see or do?

We were at Disney the last week in January 2015. We're going back the same time in 2016. Has anything new opened that we should see? No kids, just two retirees hitting up Disney World for the 3rd year in a row. I get that befuddled look every time I tell someone we are going back again! Thanks

New scenes in Star Tours, new Harambe market opened?, jungle cruise restaurant in MK, Disney Springs will look differently.

there is the new pixar movie thing at EPCOT too…I heard it was nothing exciting though. Also the Star Wars stuff in HS is new and the new Star Wars fireworks
