I'm looking for info on being a phone agent for LiveOps. How does it work? Do the calls come in on your regular phone line? Can you really set your own hours? Do you have to set them ahead of time or do you just notify someone when you're ready to get calls? How much does it pay?
If anyone has done this before, I'd like to hear about it -- the good and the bad.
