Considering working for either one as been out of work for over a year after 13 years at my last job :sad2: Have a second phone line readily available as well as internet already. Anyone's advice would be greatly appreciated.

I've ben with LO for the last 3.5 years. Things have change so much - not for the better. If you have any specific questions, I'd be happy to answer them if I can.

What happened with LO? I used to work for both them and West 2006-2007. I signed up with LO again a few months ago but there was some glitch that wouldn't allow the schedule to pop up for me. So I ended up being inactive too long. I was going to try again, but not if things are not any better.

Constant phone panel problems - agents are constantly disconnected. It is LO problem and they are well aware of it. They have been forgiving some entire days (3 last week alone). Pay cut for tt for some lines but they added pops (pops not really making up for the loss in tt pay). CV stinks.
