Does anyone here on the DIS work for Comcast? Or maybe just has some advice? I applied for a customer retention position and received an email saying that I had been selected for a phone interview. In the email it stated that if you had privacy guard or call rejection on your phone to disable it. I just moved and my phone service is a week old....I didn't order these features so thought nothing of needing to disable it. Well you guessed it...I have call blocking on my phone so I missed my interview! I am just sick about this. In the email there is a phone number in case you need to cancel the appointment or change your phone number. Should I call and explain and try and get another phone interview or am I just out of luck???
