I am dying to have the recipe for the spinach con queso dip. I asked about it last time I was there. The waitress told us that they have had so many requests, asking what all was in the dip. She said the chefs won't tell because people will make it on their own and not order it there anymore. Okay....

So does anyone know or have any idea what all is in it? The waitress did seem to think the cheese was Velveeta
