I am not telling you what I paid for our return flight on allegiant air for mid-january, it will make you sick . OK.....I will tell you.....$20.80 per person including taxes !!!!!
Now we need the flight down which is $109 , so all in all we are flying for less than $150 per person. Not bad at all.

We live in Cincinnati, but the Cincinnati and Dayton airport are both 45 minutes from our house so we fly from whichever one is cheaper. For this trip we got great non-stop flights for $119/person. I was thrilled. Then, I had to book our Christmas flights. We are traveling December 26-January 8. I am paying $225/person! I booked the day Southwest released fares and that is the lowest I have seen for these dates. AND, we have to fly out of Columbus airport (90 minutes away) since Southwest doesn't fly from Cincy. I am picky too. I only want early morning flights on the way down and evening flights on the way home. I also only book non-stop flights. I was bummed, but it's good to know there are others paying a lot for airfare!
