Anyone with Magical Express experience care to share how it was

There haven't been too many reports yet. Guess all those that were using it are still on vacation.

There are several reports on the Transportation Board. We used ME on May 5th and May 9th and had a very good experience.

Just returned from the CT Towers - spoke with several CMs who were telling us that Magical Express had encountered more problems than expected. They indicated that the front end work had not been done and it was causing all kinds of downstream problems. We had planned on using ME but at the last minute (because no tags had arrived) rented a van. I was sure glad we did.

We used ME on 5/7 - 5/11... we did NOT have our luggage tags either, but everything worked out great! We just went to baggage claim and picked up our own bags. A very helpful CM printed bus vouchers for us at the ME check-in desk. Our plane landed at 6:25 PM and we were at ASMu by 7:45 PM (with 2 stops before us). The return trip went great as well, the bus picked us up 5 minutes ahead of schedule (6:55 PM) and we were at the airport by 8:00 PM... plenty of time to get through security for our 9:45 PM flight.

For those of you who haven't received your ME tags and vouchers... don't worry. The helpful CM's let you pick up your own bags (if you want) and they can print bus vouchers right there at the airport. It all worked out great for us, and we'll be using it again in September.

We used Magical Express on the return flight only. We rented a car, so all we used ME for was to check-in and take our luggage to the airport. It was great getting to the airport and only dragging a carry-on and then going straight to security. Our luggage arrived in Dayton (where we flew into) all in one piece and on time. If we continue to hear good reports, DH and I plan on using the ME for our upcoming trip in October.

I have 3 experiences to report.

1) My in laws didn't receive their bag tags or the boarding passes on time. They also said it took a long time in line to check in at the airport so they missed the first bus & had to wait for the next one.

2) We used it to get back to the airport & there were no problems. They recommend to get the bus 3 hrs 15 min before your flight takes off which we did. We were at the Pop & went straight to the airport.

3) We met people at the airport when we were leaving who missed their flight due to being on the ME picking up more hotels for over 2hrs. (so they say)
