...is the Partners statue visible?? I believe I read a post a month or so ago that said there were walls up around it......we're going in April and that statue always brings a little tear to my eye.........I'd hate to miss it this year

There is a green wall around that area right now. There are pictures from yesterday posted somewhere on here. The wall is supposed to be there until the end of March I believe while they rehab the area for better viewing of Cinderellabration.

sunny04 is correct. There's a green circular wall around that area. It doesn't really obscure the view of the castle, but it is kind of a downer to have that area blocked off. When I was there (Feb. 5-9), there was still a crane behind the castle, enclosed within another fenced-off area. I noticed the crane appeared in some of my pics I took from back there.

Nope, it was walled off and not visible on my Feb 2-6 trip.

I would think you will be OK in April. They are getting everything ready for the celebration beginning May 5. The wall was up when I was there a few weeks ago, it did bum me out, but I bet the castle will look cool once they get all the decorations up around the castle for the big celebration!!

Since the OP asked about the partners statue, I thought I'd post an update for anyone who missed yesterday's picture thread of the wall now....Half of the wall is taken down, so you can see the Partners statue from the right side now.

Just got back yesterday and the walls are still up. The cranes did some decorating of the castle at night and were not visible to me the day we were there. You should be fine for April.
