I do! And I DO see results!
I used to weigh every day, then every week then every two weeks. I found myself beating myself up regularly and it was a downhill fight.
The scale is the LEAST of my measurements now. I judge this WOE by my health, my clothing and my measuring tape. The difference there is PHENOMENAL compared to the scale!
My goals are consistent so I try NOT to let every up and down hurt me. As long as I keep seeing results I know it's working.
