Anyone watching FACEOFF?

I think this is a really cool show. Anyone else shocked about last nights decision by the judges? I couldn't believe that. The girl that won, did like a regular drag queen makeup on dude, and they pick HER over the 2 guys that did the amazing job with the Elvis couple thing????? I lost all respect for them after that. Megan I think is her name, is by farrrrrrrrrr the weakest link. Oh wait I guess I'm actually talking about last weeks episode, I missed the last part of the new one last night, did Megan go home? I know what she was working on when I got distracted looked pathetic and made no sense. I'm actually shocked she even got on the show. She seems like she has 0 skills. And she consistently rode the coattails of other dude.

I completely agree. And sadly, no, meghan did not get voted off last night. She should have, but she didn't. DH and I are getting really annoyed with the judges keeping her around for no apparent reason. She is clearly out of her league!

Yeah I missed the last half of last night as well, anyone want to go ahead and spill the beans? I can't beleive Megan didn't go home again. Urggggg. She seems like a nice girl, just not a very good artist IMO.

I thought Jo, the girl sent home last week, although she probably should have bit her tounge, was by far a superior artist than Megan. Her body paint thing she did a few weeks ago was amazing I thought.

We were not too happy about their critique and keeping her after the Switcheroo episode either. I really thought they'd send her home.

Last night's episode - I just didn't get Meghan's (sp?) idea. It looked less like a zombie and more like a plastic surgery or face transplant gone bad. Maybe the judges, being there, are able to see things that just don't show as well on TV?

Any thoughts on who might come out the winner?

I was sad when Jo went home because her past work was really good. However, she did do a poor job on the gender swap and needed to take it to the next level. She played it too safe and it showed. That said, I don't think she should have been kicked because Tom's obviously fake, plastic like work was the worst in my opinion.

Last night I didn't agree with either. Megan should have gone home based off of last night's work. Instead of allowing the sculpting to speak for itself, she made it a bloody mess. That work would NEVER have been allowed to be used on a set. It was horrible. I liked the idea of it and thought the texture of the muscle that showed was really good... but you couldn't SEE it well enough.

I am hoping the winner will be Tate, but I think it is between him and Conor. I prefer Tate's work because he always seems to push the boundaries. His zombie work last night was AMAZING and he took it to that next step that made it stand out. Conor is a great artist, but he is a bit more traditional. He doesn't want to try new things as much (though his horror movie villain was pretty cool) and I think that might be his downfall.

Gage and Sam need to step it up. They are very good artists, but they don't really stand out. For them to have a chance, they will need to try and do something that can stand out against the work of Tate and Conor.

Megan just shouldn't be there at this point. She doesn't have the talent to compete with those who are left and should have already been sent home in my opinion.

I don't remember Megan doing anything that I could have done. I'm not that great of an artist/sculpter but I've done some stuff like this in the past for halloween and independent films. I don't even know all the guys names, but most of the ones left (besides Megan) are good to really fantastic artists IMO. I think the two that did the one alien with the plastic things sticking off of his back were really good. There were several that stood out in the body paint challenge. As long as Megan doesn't win i could be happy with any of the ones left winning, I think, except maybe the guy that did the troll looking makeup that bombed with Jo.

I have been watching it but only to see the makeup at the end. Some are very thoughtful and quite good. I don't watch it close enough to tell the artists apart. I find the results interesting and you can really tell the best from the worst.

I was a huge Passions (soap opera) fan. My screen name is ShuisFan because I was a big fan of the couple Sheridan and Luis - who everyone called Shuis for short. The actress who played Sheridan is McKenzie Westmore. I absolutely love her and when she started tweeting about it, I knew I had to watch it all because of her.

This show is actually really interesting and I got a couple of other people watching also. Meghan really isn't as strong as some of the others, but I'm so glad that Jo went home before her. I couldn't stand that girl because all she did was criticize and make fun of Meghan.

I think the two strongest are Tate and Connor and would expect either of those 2 to win. Out of those 2, I would probably choose Tate.

Yep! She is finally getting kicked! I mean, she failed this challenge 100%. There was no question as to who would be going home tonight.

I was also really glad to see Sam and Gage get the recognition they deserve tonight!

Finale next Wednesday! Super excited!

Megan was EXTREMELY lucky she made it this far, I'm not totally sure she should have even made the cut, unless they needed a semi hot chick to fill that token role. I thought Jo, the girl that went home a few weeks ago, should have lasted longer than Megan.

I'm pleased with the final four. For once I like all of the finalists on a reality show.

This is an interesting show. It's fun to watch them do their thing.
