He has officially unseated Aaron Buerge as my least favorite bachelor ever.

I liked Aaron. He paid for his own ring, as he really thought he had found a relationship that would last. He didn't feel it was right for someone else to pay for his engagement ring.

I remember later the gal sold it on eBay. She might have been forced to give some of the money to charity, as Aaron made a big todo about wanting the ring back.

I do have to comment on Ben's last paragraph in his blog. "All in all, I would like to thank all of the women who were a part of this crazy ride. I don't harbor any negative feeling towards these women, and I hope the same for them towards me. It was a crazy journey, and I am thankful for everyone involved."

Oh your so awesome Ben, you don't harbor any negative feelings towards the women? That is so fantastic of you. Because THEY did so many things to YOU that would make you have negative feelings. I am pretty sure that most of them were hoping you would fall off a cliff after seeing your disgusting behavior on this show.

I still despise Aaron Buerge more than Ben. Ben's a moronic jerk, but Aaron Buerge is a spiteful arrogant SOB, IMHO. They were alike in that they were dismayed and annoyed that any woman would choose to leave the show (not accept the rose, or just choose to leave). They both felt that they were the only ones who had the right to do that.

Aaron made digs at and was hurtful and insensitive toward the women in TWTA. He then later, in an interview for a Bachelor show (perhaps the 20/20 or whatever show did the story about the Bachelor?) was all smirky and said that he should've spent more time with, or chosen, a different one. There was a lot of animosity between him and Helene after the show when they were "engaged" (she claimed that he was eying/talking to other women at the hotel/restaurant) and I believer her. And I think that's why he was out to put her down and get his digs in any chance he got. He reminds me so much of a creep I know in our town, who fortunately was only a soccer coach and not someone I was ever involved with, but I think he's a manipulative creep. He makes my skin crawl.

He said, per the article I posted somewhere along the way, that Helene could keep the ring if she wanted, but not sell it. They decided to sell it on Ebay and split the proceeds. I don't think that she felt pressured in any way to give it to charity...honestly, I'd want nothing to do with the ring or the money, so I can definitely understand wanting to give the money away and being done with the whole awful situation.

Ugh, that People Mag. article seriously made my stomach turn. He's the epitomy of egotism. I hope he slinks into the background and stays there! And I just loved how he ended his blog with "ta- ta".
