I really like the show. I work with the public also so its funny to me to be a third person looking in!

I give BIG kudos to the guy manager Mike who helped the wife traveling with her husband who has alzheimers (sp?) and had alittle accident. I cried alittle bit, he was so compasionate. He needs a WWWD pin!

Good job Mike!

I also love it!! I was in retail for almost 10 years and it is so sad to see how people can be so mean.

I wonder how those people feel when they see themselves on TV, and see how ridiculously mean they are. I deal with the public in retail and it never ceases to amaze me what people will do. I was closing the restaurant one night, locking the doors, and I was having trouble getting this group of guys to leave. I finally had to resort to telling them I was going to call the police. So what did they do? One of them relieved himself all over the floor. Classy huh?
That customer service person, Mike, was absolutely amazing! I felt so bad for that couple.

It's on A&E Monday nights at 10PM eastern.

Really like this show. I worked in customer service a long time ago at an airport for many years. Its amazing how people act towards other human beings.

Did it bother anyone else how that guy was able to get through security and on the plane with just a boarding pass and no ticket? That really disturbed me with all the heighten security that he was able to get that far.

Mike from LA definiately deserves an extra special something for what he did with the man and his wife. Talk about going the extra mile. I was going to email SW (even though I've never flown them) and compliment him, but they don't do email. :(

They do have a customer relations phone # of: 214-792-4223

We love this show. So often in airports you get to see part of some drama playing out, but seldom get to see how it ends. It is great watching each story to its conclusion.

And it is a good lesson on what employees have endure.

Did you see the episode when the poor woman had to tell a passenger he could not board until he washed up because his BO was so bad that passengers were complaining?

And I agree, Mike was a treasure. A truly compassionate human being who went way above and beyond.

The show is on Monday Night 10:00pm A&E here in North Florida. I don't fly or haven't in almost nine years so I really enjoy watching all the different stories and also how people act.

I agree that its nice to see the outcomes. I wonder how many of these people watch themselves on TV and realize what a jerk they were.
