I'm waiting to book tomorrow morning and I saw today that the prices of the current schedule went way up here in the northeast, what is everyones guess as to the best price for the new schedule I'm hoping for $109 each way from new England but I think they will be higher and I might just wait to see if they go down if they do come out high.

I am patiently waiting and hoping for 109 fares too! We are from the northeast also. Do you know what time the schedule opens up? Is it midnight tonight or tomorrow morning? Thanks

I am not holding my breath. This time last year I was waiting for mid September and I had to wait another month for the price to drop to something reasonable out of PHL. They finally ran a 3 day promo in April that had $99 each way. After that the price never even came close to that $99. I think it ranged from $125 all the way to $180. I do not think things will be any different this year.

Hi, Do u know the date that SWA will be booking out to ?? Thanks, Joan

Also waiting for tomorrow to hopefully book for late August. Have been checking fares constantly for the past few weeks & have watched SW go up all of a sudden this week! :(
Have to admit that with JetBlue non stop out of BUF/MCO for our dates coming in more expensive then YYZ/MCO non stop, I'm concerned.

What time do they open?? We are flying down in Oct...is it best to wait since its so far out and they may offer a promo or book?

Last time we traveled in the fall, a couple of years ago, SWA fares were crazy high when they first came out and then went down a couple of weeks later. I think we paid $113 each way out of Indy to MCO. Betting they won't be that low this time.

Wish I could make my DVC reservations now. Have to wait a couple of weeks for that anyway, so I'll probably wait to book airlines.

Seems like the last few "deals" offered on SWA out of Indy weren't deals at all.

Thanks! We will be flying out of Louisville, I believe the lowest I've seen was $118! If they aren't lower than that, I think I'll wait a bit :goodvibes

i will be flying wth a 2 and 4 year old. Then riding the Mickey bus to Disney. Will we need car seats?

I've been looking at the IND-MCO price calendar for every month so far and it looks like they've consistently had the lowest prices around 123 each way for most of the days I want to travel.

I'm one who will be online tomorrow morning, hoping to see something reasonable. I'm comfortable with up to 150 each way, and hope for a price-drop so we can get credit for a future trip (maybe next year for a cruise). :)

I think they are going to be high as Jet Blue is sky high here in New England.

Those prices all sound fabulous! Houston to MCO is $200 each way. :( And we rarely get any sales anymore that actually apply to us.

I have heard typically at 6am EST. That is when I am going to try.

We fly out of Chicago and this is how it usually happens for us. The fares are pretty high when they are first released and then they drop for awhile before going back up.

Last year, I booked 2 tickets as soon as they were posted (I was stalking!) and got them for under 10,000 points each. This was for nonstop GRR-MCO in early November. By 9am, they were listed as "unavailable" and when they came back, they were over 12,000 each.

Keep in mind those Jetblue dates have been open for a few months already. They started low when first released -- the prices increase as more people buy tickets. If you check the fares in late July & early August, it's possible to get to Orlando and back from Buffalo for less than $250 each.
