anyone want to do an easter scrapbooking swap?

if we did an all holiday swap, what would you guys want included? And would each person pick a holiday and do a few things for it or just one thing? Also, would you want a list of holidays to pick from, or just choose one yourself? Lastly, would you like it to be disney related or just holiday themed? maggie

Here are my preferences:
each person picks what element they want to do
each person picks what holiday(s) they would like to do
just holiday themed

I would like to do holiday punchies.

I think it would be fun to break it down by holiday and then set it up similar to the park swaps.
Say Christmas:
paper piecing
punchies
titles
nuggets etc...
then do the same for Easter, 4th of July, Halloween and Thanksgiving
I wouldn't want it to be DIsney themed.
Or we could do the 4 season incase people don't celebrate all the holidays.
Say summer... paper piecing of a sun or something summer like, punchies, like water splats titles then continue for fall, and poeple could make lots of pumpkins, fall leaves back to school stuff...Just a thought! I game for anything or do both! I would be willing to help with anything

That would be a rather long swap. It took us close to 6 months (1/2 year) just to do the 4 WDW parks. JMHO, but I don't want to get involved in another long-term swap, although I do like the idea of a holiday swap if it can be done over a short period of time.

I'm up for any of the above ideas. I don't think it should be disney themed though, cause that wouldn't really work out well if you didn't visit during one of the holidays.

Any other ideas out there for disney themed swaps? Maybe a character swap? Attraction/ride swap? Just throwing them out.

Count me in for a holiday swap. I love doing titles. I would not want it to be Disney themed.

Ok, so to make the holidays a little less complicated..... we could do them in groups.

Winter holidays (christmas, Chanukah, new year's, Valentine's day)

Spring holidays (st patrick's day, easter, )

Summer holidays (4th of july, labour day)

Fall holidays (halloween, thanksgiving)

I'm sure there are probably more holidays, feel free to add to the list. In any case, is this what you guys had in mind? maggie

As for holidays, what about also...

Winter - Groundhog Day, Chinese New Year, Mardi Gras
Spring - Passover, Mother's Day
Summer - Flag Day, Father's Day

Ok so if we did it like J&D plan then if I picked nuggets I would make nugets for each of the holidays? That is a lot of work. It would be around 120? But I am willing.

I like the holiday idea, but I love the seasons idea. Much easy to do I think. Plus everyone has pix of the different times of year. I would love to do a summer swap. That would give us lots of time to do it. Of course the holidays do sound fun too......

ok, here is my plan, I would like to do a seasonal/holiday swap. I would like to break it into the 4 seasons and do one at a time (much like the disney parks swap) The first seasonal/holiday swap I would like to start with is spring. Holidays included are easter, passover, st. patrick's day.

I was a CM consultant years ago and still have TONS of stickers. Is that something to be swapped? Please let me know!
