Anyone visit Vero Beach with food allergies?

We're going to Vero Beach in Oct with my DD who has multiple food allergies. I love going to WDW simply because of how accomodating and competent they are dealing with them.

HAs anyone visited Vero Beach and dealt with food allergies? Were you able to work with any chefs and/or restaurants that you had good and/or bad experiences at either at the resort itself or the surrounding area?

I'd appreciate any advice people can share.

I'd like to know about this as well. We haven't made any plans to go there yet, but we definitely want to. I don't want to have to cook in our villa when we go - that is not a vacation in my book!

I'd like to know this too. We just bought into DVC and I'd be curious to see how accommodating or not they are.

Perhaps you should try asking on the DVC board as well?
