Anyone used the ART system when staying in Anaheim to get to DL?

I'm staying at the Anaheim Hilton for the fist time in years. Has anyone used the ART system to get to Disneyland from your hotel? The last time we stayed at the Hilton, they had their own bus that went to, and from, Disneyland. I'm disappointed to hear that they got rid of that, and now use the Anaheim bus system. How many stops does it make? Is it inconvenient? Crowded? Opinions? We usually stay onsite, but because we have Hilton Honors Points to use we are trying this hotel out. Thanks.

We used ART when we stayed at the Marriott by the Convention Center. Found it fairly convenient and reasonably priced. It will be crowded at the beginning of the day with everybody wanting to go to the parks, and again when the parks close. Still quite manageable.

We had the ART pass when we stayed at the Anaheim Marriott and never used it.

We find it much easier just to walk to the parks then have to wait for the bus to show.

Problem with the ART is its unreliable. Some of the time it will not show up for its stops. It's great when it shows up though.

I stayed at the BWPRIS and used the ART to and from the parks. Was convenient as the stop going to the park was basically outside the hotel, and I found the waits to be very tolerable. Pre-Pay your pass in advance, and it will be sent to your home, as well as waiting for you at your hotel when you arrive (or so they say so do not count on the hotel copy being there)

We use the ART every trip, and never have a problem we stay at the Worldmark and there are only a couple of stops for us.. the trick is knowing the times, and getting there on time and being close to the first people on... we tend to not see the parks close , so never really had any trouble leaving when all the masses did.. you can buy a ticket for the day or do correct fare cash . I think it is worth it for us..

We've stayed several times at Worldmark and would use ART which was very convenient and reliable, no more than a 20 min wait if we happened to just miss it. Last Oct we stayed at Doubltree and found the bus to be a bit hit or miss. We ended up walking half the time. Sometimes a different bus number would stop and pick us up, sometimes we would stop at other bus route stops but all in all it's great for getting back at night after a long day of walking in DL.

Go out the front door, take a left, walk two blocks to the Toy Story lot and ride those busses. We've done it and it's worked very well.

We've used the ART buses from both the Marriott/Hilton stop and from the closest stop to the Wyndham Dolphin Cove. It was fine for us. Not always exactly regular at pick up or drop off but we didn't mind. We especially loved it at the end of the day when our feet were too tired to walk anymore. Have fun!

We made good use of the ART bus while we were there. Sometimes it is more convenient to walk, and is certainly a walkable distance, but ART was extremely helpful when we had tired feet or during the heat of the day. If the Hilton is the one on Convention Way, you have options on which bus to take. 1 and 2 stop along Harbor, so that's minimal walking, or there are a few more that go right into convention way. Most of those run every 20 minutes so if you miss one you may be able to catch another right after it.

Next time I go I will definitely be getting ART passes again.

We stay at the Hilton all the time because of the points. We've never used the ART. It's easier, cheaper, and faster to walk or take the Toy Story shuttles IMO.

We use the ART when staying at Staybridge Suites. I prefer to be within walking distance, but we love Staybridge and their full breakfast (and price!) so we are use to it. I find the ART to be convenient and easy. It's only a pain during PEAK hours (as mentioned - opening and closing)
