Anyone used star transfer/taxi towncar?

We are going to WDW for the first time Aug 2-9. We have booked the FTP and are staying at the ASM. The towncar company that is part of our package in star transfer formerly star taxi. Any info on this would be appreciated. Grocery stop? if so how long and where?
