Anyone used Premier Vacation homes?

We have a group of 10 going Dec 26-Jan2. Premier Vacation homes had a great price on a 5 bedroom executive home. Has anyone used them before? I would like to get some opinions before I book with them.

I think it was Premier Vac. Homes we used a couple of years ago. We rented a 6 bedroom home in a developement called Indian Creek on 192. The home was brand new and beautiful. It had it's own pool and was priced well, but I forget how much.

We went with two other families and had a ball. There was also a playground in the neighborhood with a basketball net that was popular with the boys in our family.
