Anyone used orlandovillas.com??

Anyone used this site to rent a house? Specifically, we're looking at this house: http://www.orlandovillas.com/florida-vacation-rental-388.aspx. It looks great, great deal, owner's been very quick to reply to all of my questions. It just scares me to death to send my money over seas with all of the scams going on. I've been given an option to deposit the deposit into a Bank of America account (same as our bank) instead of sending the money overseas. I'm just so, so worried being the first time going through this. I've asked literally at least 100 questions of the poor owner and have been happy with the responses. I just want to make sure we're getting what we're paying for. Is there anyone who's dealt with the site before (this person is apparently an owner of the site) or specifically with this owner? Is there somewhere I can check to confirm they're the owner or another way to check on this to ensure it's all legit?

Yes, they are one of the owners of the site.

Every owner on there has to reverify that they own their home (with a current utility bill) every 6 months.

I too can confirm that the owner of the house is also owner of the site-which by the way has a good reputation for quality homes and caring owners.You can check them out if you wish but this is one time i would say you are perfectly safe handing over your money .

I have had very good luck renting through orlandovillas. The first two year we rented from owners in the uk and now found a villa and the owner lives in the Us.The villas looked exactly as shown on the web site. They also have a forum so you can post any questions you may have and many owner will answer your post.
