Anyone used AE Membership Rewards at WDW lately?

I have used the Breakfast Certificates before at CRT and Crystal Palace but w/ the new deposit policy at Cinderella's Castle and CP being closed I am not sure.
I tried calling AE and Guest Serv. and both were completely clueless.
Anyone know for sure where these are good for?

I'm not too sure what you are asking, but I know you can still use them for CRT. When you make your PS, they will transfer you to someone else who will take care of it.

They are also good at

I don't know if you've done the math on Amex Membership Reward points, but I've discovered you get more bang for the buck on clothing vs. travel.

For example, 10000 points will get you $100 in clothing at some really good vendors ($10 per 1000 points). You won't get as good a value using them for travel. I usually like to pay for my travel related purchases and use the points for clothing.

laurenk- Thanks for the info. That is what I was looking for- are they still good at CRT w/ the new policy and how to handle. I tried calling back this morning and a different CM said I would make my normal deposit and then at the breakfast they would credit back my credit card. Sounds like you had different experience.

honeymom - That is an interesting point. I have about 14,000 points and was going to buy 4 breakfast vouchers and that would only come to $80.00 worth of value w/ the new prine increase. I will look into further before I order.
