Anyone used a stroller lock at the parks recently?

I planned to purchase an inexpensive stroller lock to lock the back wheels together, deterring thieves but still allowing CMs to move it if necessary (albeit with potentially a little difficulty). As I was reading reviews of a lock on Amazon, someone said that Disney recently banned ALL stroller locks at the parks and if CMs see one they will cut it off. The review was made this past April. Does anyone know if this is in fact the case? As far as I knew they only prohibited locking strollers TO things, like fences or benches.

You can't lock your stroller to anything. If you do they will cut the lock. As long as a cm can move it, you're fine.

We were there last Oct and used one and it was fine. As the pp said, as long as they can move it I don't see the problem.
