Anyone use Simba's Clubhouse at AKL?

When we go in December, we are thinking of dropping our 9 yo DD off there for a few hours while DH and I have a nice quiet meal together

Any thoughts and comments would be appeciated!

Our kids went there last June (then DD4 & DS8) and they both loved it! Lots of fun activities to do...arts & crafts types is what I remember. They both still remember how cool it was when some of the smaller animals would come up to the windows.

Nice place and I'd bring them there again. But now they love The Neverland Club at the Polynesian and they go there every trip for 2 hours while DH & I get to eat at our favorite place Kona Cafe - ALONE!

We were just at AKL in June and my 5 year old DS loved Simba's! He went the first evening while I went to dinner and he asked to go back every day afterward
They did a craft, played videogames, had dinner. The women working in there were very friendly, older, grandmotherly type women and I had no reservations about leaving him after I met them.

My DD has been asking to go back to Simba's Clubhouse, so when we were in Disney two weeks ago, I let her go while we ate dinner at Bomas. She had a great time!!! She got to choose her own dinner and she was coloring pictures with markers when I went to pick her up! She colored a "Fourth of July" picture which we hung up in our window at the hotel!

I would definitely recommend Simba's - it is really nice and the kids really seemed to be having a good time. The ladies that work there are so nice! Enjoy!!!

we have reservations for our kids (7ds and 9dd) at simbas and they are truly looking forward to it... i'm less excited at the prospect (LOL) but hearing all the good reports here, i am starting to look forward to it...
