Anyone use Shipt to WDW resort?

I have a Shipt membership and was curious if anyone had any experience using Shipt to deliver groceries there on property. We will be staying a POR later this summer. Not interested in garden grocer---there prices are double and triple for some of the basic items that I would be interested in ordering. Will Shipt leave your order with bell services? Or do I have to be there to meet them?

I used Shipt to deliver groceries to Boardwalk Inn this past January. I was on the MDE when I got the text that they were shopping my groceries. As timing would have it they delivered the groceries to bell services just as my MDE was pulling up to the resort. I think ideally they would prefer to deliver directly to the buyer, but I had items in my order that needed to be kept cold.

Did your order contain alcohol? If so, did they still leave it at Bell Services? Did Bell Services keep your cold items cold?

It did not. Some fruit, water, and snacks.

Wouldn't bell services store any cold items like they do for other grocery delivery services?

The issue is that these delivery services (Shipt, Instacart and Prime Now) say that people must be present for delivery - however there are varying experiences with them leaving them for Bell Services or not. IF they leave them, I'm sure Bell Services will keep the cold items cold - providing that is pointed out to them.

I wanted to piggyback on this and ask if anyone has ordered alcohol. I am still in my home state, but from both Publix and Winn Dixie if I even search Budweiser only a wing sauce comes up. All the beer was root beer when I tried that search. Maybe deliveries in Florida are different than my home state for Shipt?
