Anyone use or hear about E-Z Rent A Car

I found a good rate from this company. I've never heard of them before, got to them from a link at Priceline. Anyone have any info on them? Good/Bad...?

They are an affiliate of L&M. Have a backup plan ready. They too have isolated reports of not honoring reservations.

They, too, require proof of collision insurance on your own car back at home, or reserve the right to require you to buy theirs.

For all car rentals, bring a copy of the page of your orn insurance policy that shows the amounts and kinds of coverages. But regardless of what coverages you don't have, feel free to repeatedly decline the rental company coverages you don't want if the rental agency's rules and policies don't require such coverages.

Yes - and I never will ever again. I was heavily charged for incidentals like insurance because I didn't have proof with me, and I got a complete klunker car that I was scared to drive. They are off-site I believe and to get to them was a bit of a nightmare. This was many years ago so things may have changed but I will never ever do that again. I actually held the car rental nightmare against the travel agent I used and never used her again either. I am sorry that I can't remember any more specifics - but it was many years ago.

Thanks for the replies. I'll keep looking, don't need to start off a trip with problems, not just to save a few bucks. I will be going to Vero Beach after 7 nights at BCV, I need a good car, not a junker.
