Anyone use National Quick Rent yet?

Hi,

I was just able to book a compact for our 9n/10d Aug into Sept trip. I was able to use the "old" DC Contract ID and got the car for $190 and change inc taxes and fees. I booked using the quick rent option and we do not have to wait in line. Just go right out and pick a car from the compact aisle.

Has anyone used this yet at MCO? Any trouble with cars not being avaiable? This was the best rate for our time frame yet and not having to wait in line is outstanding.

I was curious about this myself. It seems to good to be true huh? I booked our May reservation using Quick Rent and I am hoping it as easy as they made it seem. I even called and confirmed with a representative that I correctly understand how it worked. If it is as easy as it seems I'll never go to a counter again! And wouldn't that be great?!! I'll post my experience with Quick Rent when we return.

it sounds great until you need to use a coupon and then it is right back to the counter for you.

Gail - If you are using a contract code (DC) and a product code off of the internet (mousesavers) but no actual coupons then you should be ok correct? Thanks for any help!

Yes, you should be fine. But, I would double check with the "rules" of this on the National site. I have not really read them as we use either Emerald Aisle or Emerald Reserve.
But, from what little I have read, the only restriction is that you cannot use a coupon.

Thanks, Gail. That was my understanding as well from what I read, coupons were the only exclusion! I am hoping it will save us some time since we are getting in a little later than usual and we are anxious to get to the parks! Thanks again.
