Has anyone use MouseEarVacations? I need some feedback!

I have used MouseEarVacations for the last few years. My TA has been wonderful for me. I have had a few problems and she took care of them for me. My biggest is when the IPO wouldn't get in touch with me and she went up the chain of command and helped me. She has also helped in getting in contact with different concierge levels concerning special dietary needs. She does look out for discounts and such, I never get to go when they are offered.

I'm late, but we're using them and LOVE ****, our TA from Mouse Ear Vacations. We've never been to Dis and it's our honeymoon so we wanted to make sure we knew what we were doing. She was more than helpful!

This is my first trip to Disney but I am using them. My TA has been GREAT. Any time I email her she is very quick to respond. She got all of the ADR's I wanted when I wanted, and when at first we couldn't get CRT when I wanted it, she kept calling for several days till she got it worked out. She had to change my BBB ressie and everything because she temporarily made a CRT/BBB for me on another day to make sure we got in, but at that time could only get it for lunch and I wanted breakfast. She let me know as soon as she found out when they would be booking for the Candlelight Processional and got me in for that at well. So far she has taken care of everything and I feel confident she will take care of any problems if they arise. I hope this helps.

Boy, whoever your TA is, she sounds like one of the best!! I'd hold on to her...and recommend her to others!!
