Anyone use Mears lately? How would you rate them?

DH & I are going for a short trip in April  and was wondering how their service is, now that Magical Express is entering the picture. Does it seem that Mears is trying harder to ease the wait time to get people to their hotels?
We have used Mears in the past and have waited up to an hour before boarding a shuttle and then another hour+ before pulling into our hotel. Not very efficient or friendly staff.
We have also used other transportation services and been satisfied.
Because it is just the 2 of us  and it is a semi-budget trip should I gamble with Mears and possibly lose quality time at Disney or should we pay a higher rate and go with another transportation company?

TIA,
Cindy M.

Cindy--You already have the facts. A towncar service will get you to WDW in 20-40 minutes. Mears will probably be 1-2 hours. What is your time worth?

Mears has a time standard, at a certain point they're supposed to get you out of MCO even if they have to put you in a cab. You might email them, get the details and hold them to it.
