anyone use JCPenney online - how quick is shipping

site says 4-7 business days. I need a few things by next friday. I am in Ohio. I would think this time of year I would have no problem but I haven't ordered from there in a LOONNGG time.

I order from them often. I USUALLY have a quick turn-around, however, I'm still waiting for a order placed on 11/19, shipped on 11/21 and STILL NOT HERE! I'm getting frustrated.

It really depends. Last Christmas, I ordered a few items that claimed to be in stock. After about 2 weeks, I got an e-mail saying they were backordered. 2 weeks later..another backorder. They didn't arrive for Christmas. I know I wouldn't have ordered them if I had known that at the time.

Last week, I ordered a camera with free shipping. I ordered on Saturday and had it here on Tuesday.

I think they are usually pretty good, but I have had a couple experiences with those unexpected back-orders that aren't mentioned upon ordering.

Everything I bought on Thursday (Thanksgiving) was delivered to me on Tuesday, so 5 days.

I ordered sneakers for dd on Monday and they came Wed!!!
