if so, does it code as travel? I just purchased our tix thru Shades of Green and noticed it didn't code as travel. Hoping our hotel stay there will, as well as any in Park purchases.

Also, has anyone had luck calling and getting something coded as travel? Wondering if it's worth the call.

One more question. Lol our trip is 10-17 Dec. will that be to late to get the travel credit for this year if the won't count the ticket purchase as travel? I don't have any travel planned before that.

I haven't used it at WDW but I did use it on DCL and it coded as travel. My $300 credit was applied to my account the same day as a travel transaction hit it.

My understanding is that it will count for this year if the charge hits in your december statement. So if your december statement closes before dec. 10, then any charges after that date will count for the January statement and the 2017 travel credit. You can try and maybe pay off $300 of your balance now.

DH and I were just at Disneyland last weekend. I made a purchase at the Elias and Co. store inside Disneyland Park. It did not code as travel.

I can't, as we are staying at Shades of Green and they won't pre-charge anything other than the $100 required deposit. I've bought our tickets (which didn't count as travel) so now we have to wait until we physically go down there before any more charges can be made. :(

We exchanged into a dvc through rci and the $95 fee they charged at check in at the hotel did code as travel. Food and merchandise in the park did not. Whatever we charged to our magic bands (and thus to the room) did code as travel.
