Anyone use Costco discounts for rental cars?

Just wondering if you were asked to show your Costco membership card when you picked up the rental car. Specifically, I'd like to know about Budget but would like to hear about other agencies too.

We used a Costco membership discount earlier this month and they did not ask to see our membership card (although I can't imagine why showing it would be a problem).

No problem...just wondering how much I can clean out of my wallet before traveling (I only like to take what I absolutely need to have in case of lost or stolen bag).

You might want to bring your Costco card anyway, I read on another post a tip to bring it for a second picture ID in case you lose your license.
