Anyone use Child Swap for Soarin' or TT

DD is 42 inches but is a scaredy cat when it comes to rides. I know she's not going to want to do either Soarin' or TT at Epcot but she's tall enough to go on. We also have two older kids who will want to ride as well as both DH and I. I've read so many threads on child swap and the debate on whether it's based on height vs desire to ride, what it says on the Disney website vs what it *should* say on the website, etc. So not to debate the topic, just to get some real experiences from anyone who has gone recently and used this "option" (especially if your child was tall enough). Were you able to use child swap on these two rides in particular or did you have issues?

In some cases you can, and in some cases you may be told that child swap is for children who are too short to ride, and does not apply to a child who is tall enough to ride but prefers not to. It will probably all depend on which CM you end up asking.
