I found a great deal last night for Legacy Vacation Resorts for about 30 or 40 a night but it is now up to 50ish...we arent booking yet (going in Jan) but I have been trying to price things out.

I used them a couple of years ago and had no issues. We stayed at the Royal Plaza and got vouchers for free breakfast buffet upon arrival.

I've used them twice now for two different hotels in Orlando without and problems. I think with anything you just have to be vigilant and read over everything before purchasing. On our first use it was for Caribe Cove and reading the small print we knew there was a one-time cleaning fee and a resort fee that would have to be paid separately upon check-in. I kid you not though, everyone in line ahead of us complained they did not know of these extra fees.

I used them for the first time yesterday..we got 2 nights at royal plaza for 69.00 a night with free deluxe tower room upgrade and waved resort fee.There is no refunds so I didnt book until i knew we were going and since thhis is a last minute trip I am not worried about having to cancel.

Yes, I have used them twice and never had a problem. I used them again this year to book Bahama Bay for a 4 day 3 night stay in a 2 bedroom for only $65. I can't speak on the success of that reservation since I ended up cancelling. I cancelled for personal reasons that had nothing to do with service from Bookit.com Also, I must note, they QUICKLY refunded my money minus the $19.95 fee. I would defintiely use them again. They do put the hotels policies and fees upfront so you know BEFORE you book. And that was one thing I did like about them. I have also used the site booking.com Their prices are inline with bookit, but they do not charge cancellation fees. Between bookit.com and booking.com, I have to say I had a pleasant experience and wouldnt hesitate to use either one again.

A friend of mine used them once and did have a problem when she tried to cancel her ressies. There was no small print stating that she could not cancel so when she tried, they gave her a really hard time. She did eventually get to cancel, then they never did credit her credit card. She then had to fight them to credit it. It took her several months to get it all fixed. She said she would never go thru them again.. I personally have never used them......

I have used them and also have cancelled a resie with them, they did credit my Visa, minus their cancellation fee, which I knew about.
