Anyone trade points to stay in Destin, Florida

Has anyone traded DVC points to stay in Destin, Florida (through Buena Vista Trading Company, I believe)? Reaction? Opinion?

Have never used points to stay there - but my family rented a cottage there over the summer. It's a nice area - can't complain. We had a wonderful time. If you're looking at, I think it's called Sandestin? Looks gorgeous!!! Drove by and would love to stay there! Hope you can find someone who's actually stayed in the resort! Good luck!

Sandestin is a lovely resort. It is a mixed-use residential/vacation rentals, golf course, and beach property. I have stayed in several condos there. They come complete, just like DVC. The beach is nice, and private. It has several restaurants on-site, as well as a complete fitness center and spa. I loved the tiki bars on the beach best!!
