Anyone that does My Points redeam for Rainforest/T Rex?

I have been earning points hoping for an offer for a gift card to use at the T Rex. When they show that you can redeem points for the Rainforest gift card, is that also good for T Rex or does it need to be a different card?

Also, I've seen people post in the past (and can't find it in a search) that they've offered different amounts on the gift cards. I just want to make sure I'm not settling for a lesser amount when I could wait a little bit and get a bigger card.

They have landry's gift cards that are good at all locations or rainforest cafe gc. They are the same amount of points. I have used rfc cards at trex because in the small print they say valid at all landry's restaurants. To be on the safe side it's probably easier to get the landry's one though.

The have a $50 one and a $25 one. The points are a bit cheaper to get the $50. It used to be much cheaper but it looks like they changed it unless I'm remembering wrong but it is still a points savings vs. getting 2 $25 cards.

Thank you for the idea! I just redeemed some points for a Landry gift card. I hope it arrives in time. Our trip is just under 3 weeks away.

It might be tight but I am sure it will be there in time. I ordered a $50 one on 8-17 and I've had it for a little bit. I know the 2 $50 gas cards I ordered the week before were in my hands in about a week so it seems to vary but it is quicker then the time they tell you to wait for them.

I just cashed mine in for RainForest cafe. When I received it yesterday they have
t-Rex on there. very small pictures. so It will be good at either places. I am doing a happy dance because the reason I cashed it in for a gift card is because neither place is on the dining plan. Can't wait to eat at t-Rex.

Thanks, guys! I am over the points for the $25 card, but I thought I'd hold on until I get the points for the $50. I leave Nov. 30th, so it looks like you guys think I still have time, right?
