Anyone Staying at POP CENTURY Aug 21-27?

Good Luck CarolynNC, I hope you get to extend your stay. I did this last week with easy but it was thru WDW. I'm not sure if we will leave to come home on that Friday or Saturday but figured it would at least give us late check out and extra FREE meals! To add an extra day for the 4 of us inluding meals and extension on PH Pass it was only around $85.

Do you know of any reasonable priced hotels in the Raleigh areas that offer the stay - park free - fly deals? It doesn't have to be fancy at all just offer the free parking. Perhaps if I can talk my dh into this auction we will be on the same flight.

Unfortunately by the time my TA got back to me the $39 airfare for the 21st was no longer available. I may look at adding a day at the end but I sure hate for the TA to have to make another change. Did you snap up my airfare?

I checked a few web sites for hotels for park & fly and the websites don't give much info but I called a few. I'll pm you the details as I'm sure everybody else isn't interested.

Yup, everyone gets one that is signed up for Magical Express. You get a black lanyard and a random choice of pin to trade.

My coming trip is my first time booking through AAA, I felt bad to have to ask him to make different changes, therefore I limit my changes to about two, and I have to coordinate with him before booking my air ticket. I wanted to make sure I could extend my stay before booking the air ticket.
In fact, when I called him to extend for one day, he told me it was sold out, I called Disney directly and they told me they still have rooms for free dining for the day I wanted. I called my TA and told him the same, then he confirmed that I could extend my stay.

BTW, it is AAA and the two changes I made are
a. extend one day
b. get ME

I've decided just to work with my original plan and be thankful I have the chance to go. I received my WDW confirmation today. Love that little plastic document holder! Just waiting on my ME documents. Just a little over 2 weeks to go.

I need to find a lime green t-shirt or at least something to tape to my window. Maybe tomorrow I'll search for Mickey-head paint samples. Anyway, I should be easy to spot. I'll be the lady with the grin on my face! I'm giving myself this trip as a birthday present. It will be two weeks late but the free dining was too good to pass up. I spent two weeks at WDW celebrating my 50th birthday so this trip I'm celebrating the 5th anniversary of my 50th.

You received the same things we did. Just the luggage tags and confirmation.

I received the document holder about a week and a half ago. Its really convinient since it is clear plastic to use at the airport and store your boarding passes.

Hi! My daughter and my friend with her 2 daughters and I are going on the exact date that your going. I am extremely excited I don't know what else to do, I go online everyday hoping to read something that I have'nt read about disney. I even pack 3 wks in advance. I never been away before so I'm so excited. I'm 27 yrs old and going to be 28 August 25 so I thought it would be a great idea if I took my daughter to disney world for my birthday. We're staying at the all star movie resort. Can't wait!!!!!

Hmm. I booked directly with Disney also. The regular tags and document holders arrived in the same letter, which was separate from the ME tags which was separate from the confirmation.

Maybe a call to Disney would clear it up. Or you could just get an "It's in the mail."

Hey- I got my luggage tags Sat. That means I received them 8 days before we will be at Pop! They are real cute!!!

Can't believe next week this time I will be in the air on my way to Disney!!!

I havn't started packing but it should be pretty simple since it has been so hot in NY(except today) I'll just pack what I've been wearing lately.
