Anyone stayed at Sun Lake Condos?

Looking for a townhouse rental on VRBO and saw several listings for Sun Lake Condos. Has anyone stayed here? Wondering how it would compare to Windsor Hills. We stayed at at townhouse in WH last month and LOVED it. The prices at Sun Lake seem to be a bit more reasonable.

I haven't, and because it is gated I probably can't tell you much information other than the location, as with Windsor Hills, is excellent.
