Anyone starting to cook today for Easter?

I will start to make my potato salad today! Will make my pie tomorrow! Anyone else starting to cook today besides me?

Just the hard boiled eggs cooking today so DD can decorate them and be out of the kitchen so I can cook Saturady and Sunday morning.

I actually started yesterday, made my reservation for brunch. Real back breaking work . . . .

I have my 2 casseroles in the freeze along with my turkey breast. I will make my muffins in the morning so they can just be heated for sunrise. The only thing I will need to do on easter morning is pop the ham and potatoes in the oven after breakfast and then heat the turkey up at lunch time!

I haven't even food shopped yet and I am stuck at work all day today. Tomorrow will be a mad rush around my house. I should look like this by the end of the day tomorrow

We are doing brunch at the golf course this year so no cooking here!

Just got back from spending $105 at the grocery store...haven't even hit the liquor store yet! (And DH already bought the ham the other day)

I'm going to bake my cookies today...tomorrow will be cleaning and setting up the tables/chairs...Dh is in charge of the "hard" stuff...ham and turkey! heheh

I made cookies...
Today I am going to make macaroni salad and set up the tables for Brunch.
I was thinking of making the turkey in the crock pot tomorrow. That way all I have to do is heat it.
Can I make the roasted potatoes ahead of time??? I was thinking of at least cutting them up and have them in cold water so I don't have to do that in the morning.
Great Idea about the muffins... I never thought I could do those now. I am going to make a cheesecake tomorrow too... gee I don't know why I am getting stressed

I am going to make my hashbrown casserole today and bake my lamb cake tonight. Tomorrow I will do the jello and the French Silk Torte and the rest will be made after church on Sunday. We are not eating until 6 pm.

I am just recovering from illness and luckily I have food in storage to cook as I don't feel like going to the store today. I am defrosting a turkey, making stuffing, and helping my dd's prep sweet potatoes for a casserole and boiling potatoes for a salad they will make.

Thank goodness I stockpile.
