Anyone seen a better AP5 rate Feb 29

I am going to get an annual pass once we get to Desneyland. We have booked the AP5 rate of $313 for Downtown Disney view. I was wondering if anyone has seen a lower rate for Feb 29 one night?

Paradise Pier standard is $240, view is $167. Disneyland standard is $260, view is n/a. Grand standard is n/a, view is $313.

I'm seeing no availability on 2/29 for DLH.

I picked up PP standard view for $149 under AP5 for 2/29. I wanted 3/1 too, but nothing reasonable was available. I have to hope someone cancels.

They must be updating, because PP standard is cheaper now, DLH now has standard and view available, but the Grand is still the same.

Is it me, or does it seem that the room rates start to drop about two weeks out? Maybe they are trying to fill up the rooms.

It's not just you. A lower pp rate came out only days before my solo trip, and it made me crazy b/c I was already past the cancellation time for my booked hotel (didn't realize I had a 72 hour cancel, thought it was 24 or 48, when I went looking).
