I don’t have any problem with it because it’s not that much different than fast passes in terms of determining a park for the day.
I am thinking when hopping comes back, it will be like that 4th FP...once you log out of the first park, you can book the 2nd one..
LOL, you can make that your Zoom background, @i<3riviera
Only real issue I see with the park reservation system from a personal perspective is wanting to dine at night in Epcot if we stay at BCV or BWV. We would likely go to another park during the day, say like MK or HS, and then come back to the resort for some pool time and to get cleaned up prior to spending our evenings in World Showcase. Would hate to get locked out of that scenario in the future once the world returns to somewhat normal.
This greatly reduces the value of resorts like boardwalk where we would go to a park but always end up at Epcot to get dinner.
I also think if this stays long term, it makes wdw much less appealing for stays more than 4-5 days as well as frequent stays. It definitely makes dvc less appealing.
This is what we used to do . So it would be really sad if we are not able to do it in the future.Only real issue I see with the park reservation system from a personal perspective is wanting to dine at night in Epcot if we stay at BCV or BWV. Maybe they will allow you to park hop but by booking in advance? Just might take a bit more planning.
I laughed at "everyone take a deep breath". I'm in the "panic when disney changes anything" category for sure so it hit home for me, lol.Everyone take a deep breath.
2021 tickets include a park hopper option. It would have been much easier to just not even sell it if there was even a tiny chance they don't bring back park hopping.
Also during normal times there is no use in not having park hopping and getting people to spend an extra $50-$100 each on the option.
